




Job Summary: Manage multidisciplinary projects, supervise construction works, coordinate stakeholders and interfaces, and develop conceptual, basic, and detailed design projects. Coordination of stakeholders and interdisciplinary interfaces * Manage small-, medium-, and large-scale multidisciplinary projects * Conduct critical analysis of engineering designs * Perform on-site supervision of construction works to ensure quality, delivery, and cost control * Plan and schedule construction execution * Read and interpret technical drawings * Assist in developing basic sketches, layouts, and flowcharts * Develop conceptual, basic, and detailed design projects * Receive, attend to, and validate suppliers * Technical proposal evaluation and equalization * Monitor project schedules and activity planning * Propose technical alternatives for interference and design issues * Organize and control all project documentation * Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders’ interests according to each project’s requirements * Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary interfaces across projects * Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure project execution within established deadlines (including kick-off meetings, project risk analysis, decision-making meetings, and progress reports on contracted services) * Activity risk analysis * Supervise lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for energization and de-energization REQUIREMENTS: Experience managing engineering design service contracts; Knowledge in electrical and instrumentation disciplines; Familiarity with project management tools; Knowledge of P&ID and utilities.
