Systemic vision for operational improvement and reduction of failures Canal Verde seeks an Engineering Manager with strong organizational skills, process structuring capabilities, and team management experience, along with a systemic vision to identify operational failures and implement improvements in the engineering department’s processes and daily routines. This professional will be responsible for organizing workflow, ensuring operational efficiency of technical requests, and managing the team to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to deadlines. **ON-SITE WORK IN MARINGÁ/PR** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and improve engineering department processes, ensuring organization, efficiency, and error reduction in area activities; * Manage team tasks and deadlines, ensuring delivery quality and schedule compliance; * Monitor and ensure the quality of the team’s technical deliverables, including projects, technical documentation, approvals, and other departmental requests; * Monitor power plant implementation operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and defined technical standards; * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for executive leadership review; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices for engineering activity management and control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in technical team management, process structuring, organization, and improvement; * Experience in the **solar energy sector is a significant advantage;** * **A structural profile with strong orientation toward process organization and operational improvement.** * **Must reside in Maringá/PR or nearby region.**
