Responsibilities: Perform repair services for technical issues preventing proper operation of cable TV, broadband, and fixed TV systems. Perform installation or modification services for service offerings/system adjustments for cable TV, broadband, and fixed TV. Conduct tap-to-tap "cleaning" to remove dead cables, antenna cables, reposition drops, replace and torque connectors, perform visual inspections and leakage checks. Perform disconnection and removal activities and deliver chips. May also participate in telecommunications projects, preventive and corrective maintenance, process supervision, preparation of technical reports, and other related activities.
