Job Summary: Senior Systems Analyst will conduct training, design solutions, analyze requirements, specify integrations, and provide technical support and guidance. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Senior Systems Analyst** at Transpanorama, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting training and providing user support across all company systems, especially the ERP; * Designing solutions by collaborating with users to identify potential systemic issues, determine root causes, resolve them, and propose improvements and automation; * Analyzing and gathering requirements and specifications; * Specifying and validating integrations between internal systems and/or third-party systems (APIs, WebServices, etc.); * Preparing technical documentation; * Providing Level 2 technical support and driving continuous improvement; * Mentoring less experienced professionals (Junior and Pleno); * Supporting development teams in implementing solutions; * Monitoring tests (functional, integration, and user acceptance) and validating deliverables with users; * Managing SLA for internally raised tickets and those with software vendors; * Performing UAT for new system versions; * Performing configuration/testing of new functionalities.
