**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school (pursuing higher education is a plus);
* Experience with administrative routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
**Your main responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Medicine Course Coordination;
* Serve faculty members, staff, students, and external stakeholders;
* Receive, analyze, and track administrative protocols and processes;
* Update spreadsheets, controls, performance indicators, and internal systems;
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files;
* Monitor deadlines and assist in executing coordination tasks;
* Issue institutional ID badges and support departmental administrative routines.
