Main responsibilities: * Perform remote or on-site implementation and configuration of Benner Saúde solutions; * Conduct user interviews, requirements gathering and process mapping; * Deliver in-person or online training sessions for users of implemented modules; * Monitor and execute data migration from legacy systems; * Provide punctual support via phone, e\-mail or ticketing system; * Support the Project Manager in meeting project schedules and delivery goals; * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal team processes.
