Job Summary: Professional responsible for full management of logistics operations, including drivers, fleet, cargo, trips, and route and freight optimization, with a focus on analysis and commercial support. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of logistics operations and fleet 2. Optimization of routes and freight costs for improved margin 3. End-to-end monitoring of trips and cargo * Logistics operations management; * Fleet driver management; * Vehicle availability monitoring; * Monitoring of available cargo on the portal; * Cargo scheduling; * End-to-end management of cargo trips assigned to fleets under your responsibility. * Incident tracking and delivery analysis; * Direct coordination with the team to analyze routes and freight costs for improved margin and operational accuracy; * Monitoring of cargo dashboard for vehicle optimization and scheduling; * Flow and loading control, tariff analysis, and optimal route selection; * Operational analysis and commercial support; * Follow-up (FUP) and team organization for spreadsheet control and system data entry; * Direct client contact for operational matters when necessary.
