Support the manager with operational tasks and monitor loading operations Born from road freight transportation operations and infused with technological DNA, we combine over 35 years of market tradition and experience to deliver cutting-edge logistics solutions for all stakeholders involved in Brazil's logistics ecosystem. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Actively contact our leads via phone and WhatsApp; * Provide support to drivers facing difficulties; * Convert drivers who have not yet traveled with Sotran into drivers completing their first trips; * Assist the manager in addressing branch and cadence-related requests, as well as monitor daily loading operations, informing the commercial department when necessary about loading positions or other operational matters; * Identify potential operational issues and propose solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of administrative routines, preferably within the transportation/logistics sector.
