Job Summary: Marista Brasil is seeking a pastoral professional to assess pastoral needs, develop and evaluate pastoral initiatives, and integrate local processes with the unit’s strategic planning—thereby fostering both professional and spiritual development of the team. In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION Assess pastoral needs; develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate pastoral actions; and systematize local pastoral processes aligned with the unit’s strategic planning; Evaluate team performance to foster professional and spiritual development; Represent the unit before the local community and Church on pastoral/eclesial matters; Serve on the Interdisciplinary Team and ensure pastoral integration and interface across all unit areas; Deliver ongoing formation aligned with the Marist charism, safeguarding the Marist mission and spirituality within the framework of the Pastoral School; Support the SVCL in vocational processes; Coordinate, facilitate, and animate meetings, assemblies, retreats, formation sessions, and other related activities; Develop joint projects with other Marist units and the local Church; Foster a fraternal workplace climate through adherence to and embodiment of institutional values. **Requirements for this role:** Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Theology, or Philosophy.
