




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supporting the control and audit of store tenants' sales, ensuring reliability of information and operational compliance, as well as managing insurance and the Store Tenant Portal. The employee is responsible for supporting control and sales audit processes for store tenants, ensuring reliability of commercial information and adherence to operational obligations established by the shopping center. This includes analyzing and verifying sales information, conducting POS audit inquiries, and comparing results against declarations submitted by store tenants. The employee also monitors and follows up on SAT audits, ensuring data consistency and identifying potential discrepancies. Additionally, the employee oversees and ensures correct sales registration in the system, monitors monthly billing closure for store tenants, and contributes to the accuracy of commercial and financial indicators. Manages mandatory insurance for store tenants, monitoring validity periods and outstanding items, and initiates collection actions when necessary to ensure contractual compliance. Manages the Store Tenant Portal, including user creation, access maintenance, and operational support, ensuring proper tool usage by store tenants. Maintains frequent contact with store tenants to provide guidance, enforce operational requirements, and clarify doubts, acting as a point of support to guarantee process adherence and quality of provided information. Additional Employee Responsibilities: * Conduct POS audit inquiries and compare results with store tenants' sales declarations; * Monitor and follow up on SAT audits, performing comparisons with sales declarations; * Monitor and follow up on sales registration by store tenants; * Manage insurance (validity periods, outstanding items) and collect regularization from store tenants; * Monitor monthly sales closure for store tenants; * Manage the Store Tenant Portal (user creation, access maintenance, and support); * Contact store tenants for guidance, operational follow-up, and clarification of questions. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. Shift Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. On-site at Boulevard Shopping Londrina.
