Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and picking materials, performing verifications, inventories, and proposing process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Material receipt, handling, and storage 2. Invoice verification and inventory organization 3. Conducts inventories and proposes process improvements Receives, handles, and stores materials. Receives and verifies incoming material invoices, checks quantities, descriptions, and general condition of materials and packaging; Manages dispatch and receipt, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitors loading and unloading, interprets invoices, and verifies receipts against purchase orders; Organizes material storage while preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Picks requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Submits purchase requests for spare parts, both for inventory replenishment and emergency needs; Conducts cyclic/rotating inventories; Proposes process improvements for the company.
