Job Summary: A professional responsible for the receipt, handling, and storage of materials, performing tasks such as invoice verification, inventory organization, and material picking. Places purchase requests and conducts cyclic inventories Performs receipt, handling, and storage of materials. Receives and verifies incoming invoices for purchased materials, checking quantities, descriptions, and general condition of materials and packaging; Manages dispatch and receipt, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the warehouse area; Monitors loading and unloading operations, interprets invoices, and verifies receipt against purchase orders; Organizes material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability; Picks requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Places purchase requests for spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; Conducts cyclic/rotating inventories; Proposes process improvements within the company.
