Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, handling, and storing materials, including checking invoices, organizing and controlling inventory, and delivering materials. Receives and verifies incoming material invoices, checks quantities, descriptions, and the general condition of materials and packaging; Performs shipping and receiving activities, as well as control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department; Monitors loading and unloading operations, interprets invoices, and verifies received items against purchase orders; Organizes material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Selects requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Requests purchases of spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; Conducts cyclical/rotational inventory counts; Proposes improvements to company procedures.
