Description

Job Summary: Analyzes purchasing needs, develops storage and distribution strategies, controls inventory, conducts inventories, and proposes procedural improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and continuous improvement Analyze material purchasing needs and develop strategies for product storage and distribution. Plan appropriate product storage and merchandise placement to preserve integrity and safety, facilitate identification, location, and handling. Control material inflow and outflow received and/or withdrawn from inventory. Conduct cyclic/rotational inventories; monitor transactions related to receipts, shipments, adjustments, and transfers of goods; reconcile return and disposal flows to identify inventory discrepancies. Receive, move, and store materials. Receive and verify incoming invoices for purchased materials, checking quantity, description, and general condition of materials and packaging. Handle shipping and receiving, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitor loading and unloading; interpret invoices and verify receipt against purchase orders. Organize material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability conditions. Deliver materials to requesters and record material dispatches or withdrawals from inventory via system. Submit purchase requests for spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; process returns of materials from requisitions to the warehouse. Execute material transfers between bases under warehouse responsibility; support sales processes for Salvados, Truck Parts, and scrap sales; propose procedural improvements for the company.
