Job Summary: A professional responsible for vehicle and implement preparation, painting, polishing, and adhesive application to ensure finishing quality and standardization, as well as assisting in assembly and workplace cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and implement preparation and painting 2. Adhesive application for standardization 3. Assistance in assembly and workplace cleaning Prepare parts, vehicle sections, or implements prior to painting (e.g., sanding, applying filler, fiberglass, base coat finishing – painting, rough finishing of trailers – rubberizing, etc.) and use a heat blower to expedite the work. Calculate paint quantities required for color matching, aiming to minimize material waste. Paint recovered trailer components and cabs, analyzing and performing necessary finishing to ensure optimal appearance. Perform polishing after painting, when required, to enhance the finish and appearance of repaired parts. Apply standardized adhesives on trailers. Assist in assembling and disassembling reform trailer covers. Clean the reform bay after trailers exit.
