Position: Semi-Skilled Painter Employment Type: Permanent CLT Base Salary: R$ 2.114,16 Hazard Pay Allowance: R$ 607,20 Total Gross Monthly Remuneration: R$ 2.721,36 Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: 44 hours per week Main Duties and Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Sanding, scraping, cleaning, and preparing metal structures (dump trucks and other metal equipment) for painting. Paint Application: Assisting in applying layers of paint, varnish, or other coatings on interior, exterior, or equipment surfaces. Material Preparation: Mixing components to achieve correct colors and viscosities, as well as preparing painting equipment (spray guns, brushes, and rollers). Organization and Cleaning: Keeping the workplace, tools, and containers organized and clean. Isolation: Protecting areas not to be painted using masking tape, tarps, or paper.
