People and administrative process management **Operations Supervision \- Facilities Management (Confidential Position \- CLT)** **A company in the facilities management sector seeks an experienced and dynamic professional for the Operations Supervision role. This is a confidential position requiring direct client engagement in the Paraná region, ensuring service excellence:** **Main Responsibilities:** **Team and facilities operations management across multiple clients.** **Interaction with internal systems for process management.** **Management of company vehicle and resources.** **Onboarding process, vacation control, audit documentation** **Attendance and medical certificate handling** **Material and procurement control \- uniforms, PPE, etc.** **Asset and equipment management** **Absence tracking report \- SLA.** **Leave management** **People and administrative management** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Proven experience in facilities management** **Completed high school education; currently pursuing undergraduate degree.** **Residence in the Maringá or Londrina regions or nearby cities.** **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internal systems.** **Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B).** **Desirable:** **Completed high school education (preferred); currently enrolled in undergraduate studies** **We Offer:** **Competitive salary (above market average)** **CLT employment regime** **Company vehicle for professional use** **Benefits as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
