




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for ingredient preparation, assisting in cooking and plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and inventory * Preparing ingredients, such as cutting, peeling, and washing food items. * Working in the pantry area to prepare breakfast, afternoon snacks, and others. * Assisting in dish preparation according to the chef's instructions. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Washing kitchen utensils and equipment. * Maintaining food and supply inventory. * Assisting in dish plating. * Adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. * Supporting pantry organization and ingredient storage. * Performing simple cooking tasks, such as boiling, baking, grilling, or frying food. * Providing general kitchen support as needed.
