**Job Description: Machine Operator \- Sanitation** ========================================================== Carry out sanitation activities in production areas, structures and equipment, operating equipment and handling chemicals safely, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Perform sanitation of industrial environments according to established schedules and Sanitation Instructions (SIs); * Handle and prepare dilutions of chemical products (detergents, sanitizers, descalers); * Operate cleaning machines and equipment such as high-pressure washers, foam generators, dosing pumps and others; * Perform elevated cleaning tasks using appropriate PPE, in accordance with NR\-35\. * Work in areas with electrical hazards after lockout and authorization procedures, in accordance with NR\-10\ guidelines. **Requirements:** --------------- * Knowledge of food handling quality, hygiene and workplace safety * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards **Work Schedule:** ------------ * 12 X 36
