We want your application! **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily guidance, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including floor sweeping or washing, wall dirt removal, furniture dusting, and replenishment of personal hygiene supplies; * Ensure operational safety by observing correct usage of cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary; * Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes, distribute and collect PPEs and time cards, deliver benefit vouchers, maintain team order and discipline—including monitoring proper uniform usage, attendance, and proposing transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically guide, coordinate, and/or execute detailed cleaning tasks as scheduled—for example, window washing, fan and lighting fixture cleaning, room disinfection, among others; * Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comply with Occupational Hygiene and Safety requirements, and ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
