Collaborate with the technical team and assess impacts **Job Description:** ---------------------- Cooper Card is seeking a Product Analyst to manage and evolve digital products, ensuring business value generation, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance. This professional will connect internal business areas with technology, ensuring that requirements are well-structured, prioritized, and delivered with quality. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria; Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into structured deliverables for the technology team; Act as the interface between internal business areas and the development squad; Partner with the technical team to ensure solution feasibility; Assess financial, operational, and regulatory impacts of initiatives; Monitor integrations with partners and vendors; Track performance metrics and propose continuous improvements; Participate in agile routines (planning, refinement, review, and prioritization). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience in digital product management, Product Owner role, or similar; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); Analytical capability to assess financial and operational impacts; Knowledge of system integrations and APIs; Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering or related fields; Knowledge of product metrics (KPIs, OKRs); Experience in highly regulated environments. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: BRL 28.00 per workday; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER TEC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- This position requires 100% on-site work in Maringá - PR.
