Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—though we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Provide support to computer network users, performing diverse and routine tasks of low-to-medium complexity involving hardware assets (desktops, notebooks, servers, peripherals, and network administration), telecommunications, website administration, and information security—based on established plans, general or specific guidelines, targets, and predefined work routines—performing tests, verifying system requirements and functionality, updating programs and versions, performing backups, providing clarifications and support, and requesting specific training when necessary—aiming at equipment and system availability and functionality—while conducting data collection, preliminary technical tabulations, and analyses related to the area of operation. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer the network and infrastructure while ensuring integration of security and information availability across departments and systems. Administer, under supervision, the IT environment by monitoring system performance and network resources—including databases and operational environments—to identify and correct system failures, control access to data and resources, and manage user access profiles. Support management of supplier contracts for products and services and third-party service providers—identifying and evaluating products and services—as well as developing payment schedules and verifying and approving pre-approved invoices. Pursue continuous quality improvement within your area of operation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures. Contribute to the functioning of infrastructure processes within the organization by performing, under supervision, IT infrastructure support activities—including maintenance of workstations, servers, peripherals, telephony, and network administration. Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, and occupational health and safety standards applicable to the department. Maintain company-established hardware and software standards, as well as technical requirements for procurement of products and services. Monitor intrusion attempts, security vulnerability analysis, unauthorized use of resources, and network, operating system, and interconnection equipment security. Participate in seeking solutions that reduce downtime for employees or services hosted on company servers, minimizing impact on employee groups. Provide user support and assistance regarding software installation, equipment configuration, and diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware issues. Perform, under supervision, website administration—making necessary updates and corrections—always ensuring its availability and appropriate performance. Perform, under supervision, installation, configuration, and maintenance of user environments—including operating systems and core applications—as well as all implemented services, servers, desktops, and notebooks. Participate in low-complexity projects under guidance from more experienced analysts.
