With experience on major projects for companies such as Coca\-Cola, CD Andina, and Cia Cacique, Xpert combines practical and strategic expertise that strengthens its market position.* *The company also has experience with LEED-certified projects aligned with best practices in sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.* **Responsibilities** \* Develop and implement AI agents and automations to streamline daily tasks, optimize routines, and increase operational efficiency. \* Develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI \* Manage the contract with Opustech, including Microsoft-related topics, access control, and digital security. \* Collaborate cross-functionally across the company’s digital departments and teams to promote solution integration and alignment, as well as conduct training sessions at Xpert offices \* Develop proofs of concept (PoCs): Create scripts, simple integrations, and functional prototypes for rapid validation of solutions and technologies. **Requirements** \* Agile communication, strong logical reasoning, organization, and willingness to learn. \* Experience or familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools \* Practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, including prompt structuring, context definition, result validation, and iteration; \* Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, .NET or similar), including variables, functions, API consumption, and data manipulation; \* Experience developing AI assistants or AI-powered workflows for routine automation, such as screening, report generation, document standardization, and internal support. \* Experience with Power BI \* Knowledge of queries, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation is a plus \* Experience or understanding of continuous improvement processes, KPIs, and practices is a plus \* Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Power Apps or similar for solution design and validation prior to development is a plus. **Salary and Benefits** \* Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 \* Meal Allowance \* Parking \* Life Insurance \* Health Insurance (starting from the 3rd month) \* Dental Insurance (starting from the 3rd month) \* Birthday Day Off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental Care * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
