CONTROLLER ANALYST (FF Service Provider)

Job Summary: Controller Analyst to develop, consolidate, and monitor budgets; analyze financial statements; and support monthly closing, identifying optimization opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. With a qualified team, the company stands out for quality and efficiency in customer service. **Responsibilities:** Develop, consolidate, and monitor budgets and their revisions. Conduct monthly Actual vs. Budget comparisons, identifying causes of variances in revenue, cost, and expense accounts, and proposing corrective action plans. Prepare and analyze management financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and monthly results presentations for Administrative Management and the Board of Directors. Support building and analyzing financial and operational performance indicators (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Grafana) (e.g., Gross Margin, EBITDA, ROI, Working Capital). Support monthly closing, ensuring proper allocation of costs and expenses by cost center and business unit. Analyze cost structure, pricing, and contribution margin per product/service. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and internal process optimization. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
