Work in a dynamic environment for professional development We are looking for an **Operator (Male or Female) Maintenance of Transmission I**, who, under the command of the remote operations team, will perform operational switching, isolation of transmission systems and equipment, maintenance activities and/or support to maintenance teams, assist in remote operation monitoring, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment for professional development, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment and recommend corrective and preventive actions; register intervention controls and respective results through the Company's operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, performance indicators, and decision-making support; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special tests on critical-level equipment, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Carry out external and control room operations, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations in transmission substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, as well as perform switching operations at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Follow clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revising existing ones together with leadership and/or the technical Operations team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with active CFT certification. * Substation equipment and systems – Basic. * Health, safety regulations and applicable standards – Basic. * Integrated management system – Basic. * Maintenance management and technical documentation tools and software – Basic. * Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – Basic. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents.** * Medical and dental plan. **Exclusively for you.** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Wellness programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and offering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
