Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Objective** Responsible for executing, controlling, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, aiming to keep them available and safe within the existing maintenance schedule. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure execution of planning for performance monitoring of equipment, targeting achievement of production goals through predefined maintenance scheduling; * Supervise equipment maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability for production use according to technical specifications, by consulting supplier manuals and performing readings; * Ensure implementation and evaluation of the preventive maintenance program, aiming to reduce costs and increase equipment availability, through updating shutdown and availability maps; * Analyze and propose new equipment or modifications to existing ones by researching emerging technologies and suppliers, contributing to improved equipment efficiency and productivity; * Ensure compliance with the annual preventive maintenance plan, preventing equipment deterioration and obsolescence through scheduled preventive maintenance; * Knowledge and operation of SAP system, specifically PM module for operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology; * Solid experience in industrial maintenance; * Experience in people management. **Desirable Requirements** * Registration with professional council as a technician; * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics—electrical and electronics **Additional Information** At Supergasbras, we recognize and support our employees’ dedication with outstanding benefits and programs.
