




An IT solutions company is seeking a Support Technician in Maringá (Downtown). 3AM IT is a company specializing in information technology solutions. We provide consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Monitor external vendors for potential SLA violations. Close service tickets only after resolution and final user validation. Install and configure ATHENA-approved system images on devices (Windows 10 or later). Provide technical and operational support for Windows 10 or later operating systems. Configure network folder permissions according to access profiles. Support Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote). Install and update standard commonly used software and applications. Assemble, maintain, and configure computers. Install peripherals and accessories on workstations. Assemble and maintain computers. Install and update software/applications. Support local networks and permission management. Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users in Maringá / PR. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Specialist, Customer Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Relevant experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,700.00 * Benefits to be disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ – On-site. * Employment duration: Full-time. * Working hours: Business hours.
