Job Summary: Responsible for purchasing materials and contracting contractors for horizontal developments, managing suppliers, and monitoring documentation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Identify new suppliers to expand the catalog. * Procure materials and contract contractors for Grupo Plaenge's horizontal developments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Purchase materials through quotations from suppliers, collecting prices and commercial terms, recording information in the system, and tracking response deadlines, thereby supporting procurement decisions based on up-to-date data. * Contract services according to engineering planning, aligning scope, negotiating service terms, and formalizing contracts in accordance with predefined processes and methodologies. * Assist in managing suppliers after service contracting and/or material procurement, providing support regarding agreed-upon alignments to ensure fulfillment of agreed points by all involved parties and resolving any conflicts arising during execution. * Monitor the delivery process of labor-related documents in your regional area of operation, participating in monthly meetings with relevant departments to ensure suppliers fulfill their documentary obligations. * Attend weekly meetings with stakeholders, presenting progress on service contracting and material procurement processes and addressing potential constraints. * Identify new suppliers for service provision and material sales through referrals and market research, aiming to expand the supplier catalog and foster new partnerships. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract \+ Benefits. * 100% on-site opportunity in Londrina.
