Logistics support with information and performance indicators **City:** Maringá**State:** Paraná (BR\-PR)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 43495 **Job Mission:** Ensure that railcar dispatch operations and recording of planned versus actual volumes are carried out in accordance with company strategies, aiming for Safety, Quality, and Productivity. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Monitor wagon loading procedures, cargo distribution, and verification of weight limits per destination. * Monitor MANEUVERING operations during loading (removal of loaded wagons, separation of rejected wagons, formation of train consists, and wagon repositioning). * Announce loading openings, specifying destinations and number of wagons. * Conduct IN-LOCO monitoring of loadings, wagon sealing and inspection (verify and advise on criteria adopted for REJECTING wagons); * Track loading numbers: number of wagons positioned at the loading site, number loaded per product and destination, number of rejected wagons, and reasons for rejection. * Support Bunge’s Logistics Coordination by providing loading-related information and developing performance indicators to evaluate results and improve processes. * Align loading strategies (opening schedules, wagon allocation, cadences, forecasts of wagon positioning) among Rumo, Bunge Logistics, and Bunge Operations; * Daily coordination with Rumo regarding wagon supply volume, scheduling of wagon positioning and removal times. * Control materials for wagon recovery provided by Rumo. * Third-party transshipment: Monitor receipt, loading, and stock volume tracking; develop daily control spreadsheets to support Bunge’s Logistics, Operations, and Commercial areas; monitor road transport cadences; define loading strategies (monitoring of physical and fiscal balances; wagon transit; loading opening). * Daily monitoring of TOP (Take our Pay) ALL X BUNGE. * Monitor road quota releases and daily unloading performance, preventing unloaded volumes from exceeding scheduled amounts; if lower, intervene in rail loading; if higher, inform the loading origin. * Be responsible for one’s own safety and that of colleagues, and comply with established procedures for performing assigned tasks.
