Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising and managing the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance across various areas, ensuring service quality and optimization. Manage maintenance accounts and support projects **Description**: * Supervise, ensure, and control the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, generators, substations, hydraulic systems, building infrastructure, air conditioning, food refrigeration, and equipment used in operations across all Company units, ensuring service and product quality; * Plan, schedule, and guide implementation of improvement actions to ensure store operations; * Manage store maintenance accounts, aiming to maintain budgeted values set by the company; * Monitor and support progress of projects closely related to the maintenance department; * Hold periodic team meetings to align and reinforce maintenance actions and indicators; * Lead corrective, preventive, and mitigating actions aimed at reducing equipment failures; * Implement actions promoting safety for team members and third parties; * Implement actions promoting sorting, organizing, cleaning, and self-discipline in technical areas of stores **Desirable**: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; * Experience with food refrigeration systems and leadership roles in multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems; * Prior experience in this role; * Driver's License Category B; * Willingness to travel frequently Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Experience with food refrigeration * Experience in team management * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * Driver's License Category B * Willingness to travel frequently
