Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring maintenance order registration and tracking, invoice issuance, and generating indicators for action control and planning.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Technical Maintenance, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Power BI;
* Experience in data analysis and indicator development;
* Experience with the SAP system.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure accurate entry of Maintenance Order/Invoice information completed by field personnel, including creating maintenance orders and invoices in SAP and recording maintainer information for historical records, statistical control, and continuous improvement actions;
* Monitor machine downtime in EGA and notify maintenance staff, verifying downtime codes relevant to maintenance activities to reduce maintenance unavailability rate;
* Register purchase requisitions in SAP following the system-defined approval workflow to ensure proper cost allocation to equipment;
* Issue invoices according to the SAP-defined procedure and invoicing workflow to ensure external material movement;
* Generate daily indicators—Unavailability, TMR, TMF—using data from EGA and SAP to support action control and planning based on deviations identified in the indicators;
* Close technically completed but not yet formally closed maintenance orders, finalizing them in SAP and recording maintainer information to ensure indicators are available in the maintenance cockpit;
* Update communication islands / cockpits (monthly), printing reports and posting them on the islands so that information remains accessible to the entire team;
* Perform daily tasks in accordance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems, following SGI procedures and instructions to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with certification standards.
