The professional is expected to have a sales profile, work with targets, and be able to handle performance pressure maturely. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluation and recommendation of hearing aids. * Fitting and follow-up with clients. * Participation in onboarding and training programs. * Humanized service focused on commercial results. **Job Requirements** * Be an audiologist with specific knowledge in hearing aids. * Knowledge in audiology (sales training will be provided). * Proficiency in company systems and basic Office suite. * Driver's license desirable. * Specialization in audiology or specific knowledge in cochlear implants (AASI) is a plus. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (negotiable) * Rarely, travel to other units may be required **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: BRL 4,000.00 * Variable compensation: 3% commission on hearing aid sales + BRL 1,100.00 bonus upon achieving targets * Estimated total: BRL 6,000 to BRL 8,000 * CLT employment regime.
