Job Summary: This position supports store organization, customer service, and visual merchandising, with department rotation to develop skills and business acumen. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting department organization and cleaning, including customer service. 2. Participating in Visual Merchandising activities, following instructions. 3. Rotating across departments to develop and broaden business perspective. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assisting in warehousing, preparing merchandise for the sales area, and product tagging; * Supporting department organization, pricing, and cleaning, while also providing customer service; * Verifying merchandise entry and exit in the fitting room area, observing the established item limit; * Supporting Visual Merchandising (VM) activities, participating in table and display window organization, following instructions and campaigns. * Rotating across departments to enhance development, broaden business perspective, acquire new skills, and build a solid foundation for future opportunities within the company. * Contributing to an organized and collaborative work environment.
