




**Area Mission:** Ensure the efficient flow of materials and products from receipt to shipment, with agility, organization, and safety—contributing to operational excellence and waste reduction throughout the supply chain. **Job Mission:** Lead and transform Spiltag's logistics operations, ensuring robust, integrated, and efficient processes in line with Lean culture, focusing on operational performance, cost optimization, and people development. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all internal and external logistics, from raw material handling to final product delivery to customers; * Lead the Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational integrity, and on-time fulfillment; * Plan, negotiate, and control freight and transportation, ensuring competitive costs and high service levels; * Manage Foreign Trade operations (import and export), ensuring compliance, agility, and efficiency in international transactions; * Integrate logistics flows with Production, PCP, Procurement, and Sales departments, seeking synergy and waste reduction; * Implement and sustain continuous improvement and process standardization practices within the Lean philosophy; * Monitor and improve logistics KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, costs, accuracy, and operational efficiency; * Ensure effective use and advancement of ERP (Protheus) and WMS systems, promoting digitization and automation of logistics processes; * Develop and engage the logistics team, building a high-performance team focused on results and sustainable growth; * Actively contribute to strategic and planning meetings with Management and related departments; * Promote safety, organization, and compliance with applicable internal and legal standards; * Practice 5S, follow occupational health and safety regulations, and conduct kaizens continuously. **Hard Skills (Technical):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial logistics management (warehousing, distribution, and transportation); * Knowledge of Foreign Trade, import and export processes; * Proficiency in ERP (preferably Protheus) and WMS; * Practical experience with Lean culture and continuous improvement tools; * Ability to analyze logistics indicators (OTIF, lead time, costs, accuracy); * Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a differentiator. **Soft Skills (Behavioral):** * Inspirational leadership and focus on team development; * Strategic profile with hands-on approach; * Analytical ability and results orientation; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity, adaptability, and systemic thinking; * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
