In this role, you will be responsible for supporting industrial project processes, ensuring legal compliance, technical standards, safety, environment, and company quality standards. You will develop, manage, and monitor engineering projects from scope definition to project closure. Support processes related to financial control and documentation of projects and investment initiatives for the Soluble Coffee business, in order to meet all previously described requirements and standards, technical specifications, and other company procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop supply scopes ensuring compliance with all applicable standards for the implementation of engineering projects, as well as guaranteeing management of all stages, from Kick Off to project closing meeting; * Develop technical solutions to meet demands from production, safety, logistics, facilities, and quality areas. * Size and manage investment budgets for ofi business units, focusing on quality, productivity, costs, and legal compliance, to deliver within established standards. * Continuously seek solutions aimed at cost reduction and production optimization through technological innovations and improvements in productive and operational processes, enhancing the company's profitability; * Participate in the Pilar and apply the Initial Control Flow for all eligible projects, ensuring deliveries aligned with proposed scope, within agreed deadlines, budget, and efficiencies; * Support the management of expense control and monthly physical and financial CAPEX reports, ensuring accurate phasing and proper use of Capex; Strictly adhere to the company's quality, food safety, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, in line with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, and in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. * **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education**: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, automation, electrical); * **Experience:** Execution and implementation of industrial projects; * **Knowledge:** Projects, MS Project software, ISO standards and audit processes, Supplier and Cost Management * **Computer skills**: Advanced Office Suite **Additional information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates regardless of gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
