Quality Assurance Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting quality and food safety management processes for the Soluble Coffee business, through the implementation and maintenance of procedures and records, interpretation of standards and regulations, monitoring of performance indicators, and conducting audits, inspections, and training. **Responsibilities and duties** * Deliver training and onboarding for new employees on topics related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality, GMP, food safety, certifications, etc. * Collaborate with departments in developing specific procedures, control methods, and storage practices using the company's established methodology to ensure compliance with predefined standards and meet certification and customer audit requirements. * Provide support to departments in drafting and writing IMS documents based on applicable standards and regulations, ensuring information availability for user departments (physical copies, software, etc). * Contribute to the supplier qualification and performance evaluation process relevant to the IMS. * Manage external documents applicable to the IMS (specifications, licenses, certificates, etc). * Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate the implementation and maintenance of prerequisite programs (GMP, pest control, glass/rigid plastic, access control, etc.), assess PPRO and CCP management, record non-conformities, and propose improvements. * Assist in scheduling and conducting internal audits, as well as supporting external audits (customers, regulatory bodies, certifications), ensuring compliance with requirements. Assist in developing action plans by analyzing data and creating corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate root causes, ensuring compliance with standards and product quality assurance. * Train relevant personnel in non-conformity management methodology, track non-conformity records, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Develop support materials such as handouts, guides, posters to reinforce training topics and promote implemented programs. * Collaborate in traceability and product recall exercises and necessary improvements. * Update and disseminate the IMS activity schedule, including audits, visits, trainings, campaigns, etc. * Assist in identifying and updating applicable legislation, as well as managing the legislation control software. * Support the handling of customer complaints by contributing to root cause identification across relevant departments and tracking preventive and corrective actions.
