Deliver technical support to ensure client platform availability and performance. Ensure compliance with customer SLA requirements regarding the availability of telephony, IT, and infrastructure resources through timely support delivery. Record resolutions and monitor operational technology platforms. Track ongoing activities to completion in order to improve processes and prevent recurrence of failures or inconsistencies. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and operating systems to optimize outcomes.
