Join us!** ### **Profile Summary** An early-career professional focused on operational execution, technical support, and basic field service, following procedures and under supervision from more experienced technicians. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform field activities according to instructions and checklists. * Carry out simple inspections, measurements, and evidence collection. * Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of metal structures, towers, supports, and related equipment. * Record information in system: photos, reports, notes, and work order status. * Comply with safety regulations and use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support senior technicians in more complex tasks. ### **Requirements** * Technical degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, or related fields). * Basic knowledge in reading technical drawings. * Understanding of occupational safety practices. * Availability for travel. * Initial experience in maintenance, metal construction, or civil works is desirable.
