In this role, you will be responsible for executing activities related to workplace safety programs, aiming to provide technical support and improve safety conditions so that company departments can perform their activities in accordance with safety procedures and regulations, thereby preventing incidents. You will deliver safety and regulatory training and contribute to managing the emergency response team and the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct preventive technical inspections and assessments of processes, products, services, and facilities, formally indicating necessary improvements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to ensure compliance with established workplace safety regulations. * Systematically collect and report workplace safety performance indicators for the purpose of developing departmental KPIs. * Promote the concepts of prevention and active care through Safety Dialogues, meetings, and presentations. * Record and develop action plans for near-miss situations and unsafe conditions jointly with area managers. * Keep the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) up to date. * Disseminate across all units the concepts of "Life-Saving Rules" and "Safety Imperatives," as defined by company guidelines. * Maintain updated workplace safety information within the e\-Social management system. * Manage requirements established under NR5 \- Internal Accident Prevention Committee regulation. * Develop and maintain updated "Standard Operating Procedures / Job Hazard Analysis (POP/APR)" and "Risk Assessments" for routine and non-routine activities. * Support, investigate, and identify root causes of accidents, creating action plans to prevent recurrence. * Train employees on safety regulations, fire prevention, and other accident prevention measures. * Execute and support additional tasks essential to the development of departmental activities inherent to this role. * Manage the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company. * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions, take all necessary actions to eliminate risk situations, and train and raise awareness among employees regarding safe work practices. * Strictly adhere to company quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards, in line with the Integrated Management Policy commitment and the company's Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)/Regional Labor Office (DRT) * Knowledge of Occupational Safety Legislation * Proficiency in NR10, NR35, NR33, NR11, and NR12 regulations * Knowledge of Risk Analysis and Incident Investigation * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite * Report and indicator development, SAP system, dashboards, Excel spreadsheet creation * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency * Civil Firefighter and First Aid Certification * Planning and Organization * Teamwork * Proactivity * Dynamic and consultative profile **Additional Information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates based on gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
