Apply now and join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, implement, and optimize industrial methods and processes, monitoring workflow and performance indicators. * Develop and update procedures related to methods and processes, adhering to occupational safety guidelines. * Analyze cycle times and parameters, map activity workflows, and identify failures to establish problem-solving strategies and propose continuous process improvement. * Collaborate with departments involved in launching new products or improving existing product lines to assess production feasibility, aligning with commercial engineering premises and factory constraints, seeking approval from management and/or factory leadership and authorizing pilot batch production. * Provide technical guidance to professionals involved in processes and procedures within your area of responsibility. * Propose innovations and improvements across various production processes through Lean Manufacturing principles, encouraging continuous improvement as a means of growth and evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering (in progress) preferred; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; * Familiarity with bottleneck/loss management tools; * Proficiency in Excel; * Business Intelligence (BI) knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance with employer subsidy; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical and outpatient care; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Meal voucher; Transportation allowance; Full life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; Various partnerships (medical clinics, educational institutions, etc.); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields); Purchase of company products at special rates.
