




Job Summary: The Legal Apprentice Program offers an employment contract of up to 2 years for young people, including on-the-job activities and vocational training courses for theoretical and practical development. In-depth theoretical and practical learning The Legal Apprentice Program is regulated by Law No. 10\.087/2000 and is formalized between the apprentice and the company through an employment contract that may last up to 2 years. While performing their duties at the company, apprentices are also provided with vocational training courses to complement their education, ensuring more in-depth theoretical and practical learning. Working hours will be 4 hours per day to avoid interfering with school activities. Participants must also be enrolled in and regularly attending school if they have not yet graduated. In general, the purpose of this program is to benefit companies and integrate individuals who have never worked into the labor market.
