You will work side-by-side with our Traffic team to build, iterate, and evolve landing pages and technical solutions for performance campaigns — with full focus on conversion, speed, and scalability. This is not a traditional development role. We seek someone who understands acquisition funnels, marketing metrics, and advertising policies, and who can combine no-code/low-code, front-end, and back-end integrations to deliver quickly, test hypotheses, and scale what works. **Your responsibilities:** * Create and iterate landing pages and microsites for paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) * Develop high-performance interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Build integrations and automations between marketing tools (APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Airtable, or similar) * Use no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar) to accelerate development * Implement tracking and conversion measurement (Google Tag Manager, pixels, custom events) * Ensure technical quality of pages: performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO * Collaborate directly with media buyers and the marketing team to optimize campaigns * Ensure pages and funnels comply with advertising policies (Meta and Google) * Create and support CRO experiments (A/B tests, heatmaps, conversion analysis) * Version code and collaborate via Git/GitHub **Required qualifications \| experience:** **Mandatory:** * Experience creating landing pages for performance campaigns * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar) * Experience with marketing tracking (GTM, pixels, conversion events) * Solid knowledge of technical SEO (schema markup, performance, crawlability) * Understanding of acquisition funnels and marketing metrics * Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads advertising policies * Ability to iterate rapidly based on data * Git usage for version control (simple branches, commits, pull requests) **Nice-to-have \| experience:** * Prior experience in paid traffic or growth teams * Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) * Experience with API-based integrations, webhooks, or automation * Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, or automation tools * Experience collaborating with product/engineering teams * Intermediate or higher English proficiency *Remember to submit your resume and portfolio with examples of landing pages you've created (links or attachments).
