Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising maintenance requests and adjustments in internal campus areas, preparing reports and requisitioning materials. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and monitoring of maintenance requests and adjustments. 2. Support in supervising contracted maintenance services. 3. Conducts diagnostics and surveys of building systems. **Planning and monitoring of maintenance requests and adjustments in internal campus areas, supporting supervision of the contracted company providing maintenance services;** * Opening maintenance service requests and continuously updating information in the management system according to changes; * Preparing periodic reports on completed services, quantitative data, and future schedules; * Requisitioning materials for maintenance, adjustment, and supervision of their usage; * Planning and supporting the contracting of services deemed chronic. * Performing maintenance and measurements on assets; * Conducting diagnostics and surveys of equipment installations and building systems; * Applying measurement and testing techniques; * Specifying instruments and coordinating installation, assembly, and maintenance teams.
