Then join us — there's room for you on our convoy.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Operations team in monitoring processes and projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines, scope, and priorities. * Support the preparation and consolidation of project documents, minutes, reports, and dashboards. * Support process mapping, standardization, and improvement (AS IS / TO BE). * Support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives, using data analysis and root cause analysis tools to identify deviations and track action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields, with expected graduation from July/2027 onward; * Theoretical knowledge of process mapping; * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with Power BI is a plus; * Availability to intern in downtown Rio de Janeiro/RJ. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend; * Flash Card (meal and food allowance); * Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment, extendable to dependents; * Unimed dental insurance plan linked to the health plan; * Wellhub; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Transportation allowance.
