Job Summary: Professional to lead budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and cost audits, providing strategic support and bank negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in developing financial scenarios and budgets 2. Analysis of results and audit of costs and expenses 3. Strategic support for decision-making and bank negotiations **Responsibilities:** * Budgeting and forecasting; * Lead the development of financial scenarios and budget definition, ensuring fiscal risk monitoring; * Analysis of results and cost audit; * Analysis, validation, and audit of expense policies, including strict control over operational cost centers such as Facilities and Engineering; * Financial governance; * Monitor strategic decision risk (cash, taxes, default), distinct from operational error risk; * Support decision-making by transforming analyses into actionable recommendations and audits, using data (dashboards) provided by BI; * Interface with and negotiate with banks and financial institutions to identify optimal investment and/or economically viable solutions for the business. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Planning Engineering, Cost Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Auditing, Controllership, or related areas; * Strong accounting knowledge (accountant certification not required); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Proficiency in Canva, Power BI, and Google Workspace; * Proficiency in planning and control systems; * Proficiency in ERP systems; * Experience in project-based companies, chart of accounts, project cost control, budgeting, scenario development, and expense policy auditing.
