**Administrative Assistant – Operations and Services**
Work Location: São José do Rio Pardo/SP.
Work Model: On-site

**Prerequisites:**
* High school diploma required;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel emphasis) preferred;
* Driver's license category B preferred;
* Prior experience in administrative or analytical tasks preferred;
* Availability for 100% on-site work in São José do Rio Pardo/SP
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Monitor activities, schedules, and deadlines within the functional area;
* Arrange hotel and transportation reservations using the company’s standard system;
* Prepare reports, administrative controls, charts, and other documents related to the functional area;
* Receive and distribute correspondence, notices, and general documents;
* Manage office supplies for the area, identify needs, and forward requests to the responsible procurement department;
* Organize and archive area-related documents;
* Support coordination in verifying timekeeping records, training tracking, and other tasks as directed by management.
