**ACTIVITIES:** Main services to be performed, but not limited to:
Draft or review reports covering various stages of the hiring process;
Support the team in preparing documentation;
Extract and analyze data from the system provided by the client to obtain information from active contracts;
Analyze received data and verify whether all submitted information is accurate. If inconsistencies are found, request corrected information from the requester;
Maintain a tracking system for registered processes and those pending registration. For processes pending due to missing information or data inconsistencies, follow up accordingly;
Generate reports on management and control of registered processes;
Serve as liaison between clients and procurement professionals, facilitating optimal service delivery. This includes participating in regular meetings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) with client management teams and procurement management teams responsible for goods and other relevant areas necessary for planning and monitoring hiring processes;
Develop tools for managing and controlling processes related to demand for goods and services from requesting departments, including generation of managerial reports.
Follow up with the requester to clarify issues or request missing documents;
Digitally archive documents in the system provided by the client;
**Prepare slide presentations containing:** hyperlinks, graphical elements, videos and audio files, tables; document layout;
Prepare presentations for approval of the hiring process, consistent with process documentation.
Check for pending items in the meeting tracking system;
Contact departments to obtain information that may resolve existing pending items;
Request inclusion of appropriate meeting justifications in the meeting tracking system to close pending items;
Analyze the received request to assess its relevance;
Request further clarification from the requester regarding the submitted request;
Clarify doubts based on existing standards or guidance provided by other client departments during process execution;
Identify, analyze, and provide technical support in assessing the Institution’s status regarding impediments to concluding the process;
Draft, submit, and monitor requests for analysis and legal opinions based on internally submitted information, process history, corporate standards, and other applicable references supporting the request;
Provide technical support in monitoring, managing, and improving the process;
Request the contractor to submit required documents, such as certificates, declarations, articles of incorporation, and others inherent to the process;
Draft documents requesting actions, authorizations, and follow up on their approval;
Participate in meetings and draft minutes in the system designated by the client, recording discussed topics, registering action items, deadlines, and following up with responsible parties to ensure completion of actions.
Draft contract amendments to be made available by the client for signature;
Verify whether all recommendations provided are incorporated into the draft contract;
Confirm whether the amendment to be made available by the client for signature complies with internal approvals, per the checklist;
Make any necessary modifications;
Submit the document for validation and follow up on its approval.
Represent the Client as its Legal Representative in labor hearings throughout the State of Rio de Janeiro;
Issue letters appointing the legal representative;
Track hearings using spreadsheets or other computerized systems;
Obtain and submit information requested by the user agency;
Attend labor hearings accompanied by the lawyer appointed by the client, either in person or via videoconference, as determined by the Court, among other activities;

* Assist in creating social media content and graphics;
