Job Summary: Support the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items, following instructions for food production while ensuring hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the pre-preparation and preparation of various menu items 2. Assistance in assembling and restocking food items and utensils 3. Responsibility for hygiene of utensils, equipment, and areas Support the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your mentor to fulfill one stage of the production process. 1\. Support the pre\-preparation of dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Support the pre\-preparation of salads. 3\. Support the pre\-preparation of desserts. 4\. Assist in assembling and restocking food items. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and label food samples. 9\. Be responsible for your own health and safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
