Our opportunities embrace Diversity \& Inclusion in every sense, and we actively encourage applications from diverse talents. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze server and network alerts * Diagnose system issues * Implement, manage, and monitor IT services * Install, configure, and administer physical and virtualized servers (Windows and Linux) in on-premises and cloud environments * Manage services (Microsoft, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy Objects, WSUS, scripts, printing, Linux, etc.) * Perform, analyze, and monitor backup routines * Manage software, operating system, and Microsoft 365 licensing * Plan and execute IT infrastructure-related projects * Develop scripts to automate routine tasks * Migrate and administer Microsoft SharePoint Online * Administer Microsoft Teams * Support information security initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** * **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields * Intermediate English proficiency * **TECHNICAL PROFILE** * Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux) * Knowledge of networking protocols * Experience with security services and tools (Firewall, VPN, WAF, Proxy, Antivirus, Encryption, Vulnerability Scanning) * Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks * Experience configuring Cisco switches * Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms — Azure * Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper\-V or VMware * Microsoft 365 Support: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration features, security, and compliance * **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification * CCT Routing and Switching certification * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification * Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification * Knowledge of Oracle Database, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, among others * UEWA certification **Additional Information** Profit-sharing program; Meal and/or food allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Gympass; Extended maternity leave; Training and development initiatives; Birthday day off (Happy Day); Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Vaccination discounts; Telemedicine medical services; Hybrid work model. **Over more than 50 years of successful trajectory, we have consolidated our commitment to people, clients, and society**, putting our core values into practice.
