Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that the customer holds a valid identification credential; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including tolerance periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with a constant focus on providing excellent customer service; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and retrieve tickets manually if the Ticket Deposit bin is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification by attaching numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing entry and exit vouchers for vehicles and ensuring the integrity of parking revenue. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected during the recruitment process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
